Audiology Associates welcomes a new audiologist to our newly expanded office in Pierre, SD!

Laura A. Mergen, Au.D., a recent graduate of the University of Iowa. Laura was born and raised in Cedar Falls, IA. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sciences and Disorders from the University of Iowa in 2007. Laura then went on to complete her Doctor of Audiology also from the University of Iowa in May 2011.

For the past year Dr. Mergen has worked at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in San Diego, CA. While serving the veterans in San Diego the experience provided Laura with the opportunity to hone her skills as an audiologist as well as having the honor of serving those who have served our country. Her specialties include Adult Diagnostics, Hearing Aid Fittings and Balance Disorders.

Laura is very excited to return to the Midwest. She looks forward to meeting new friends and neighbors, and becoming a valuable part of the community of Pierre. Please join us as we welcome her to our office and to Pierre.
